PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary aseptic filling device where air back-flow is prevented in an exhaust passage and there is neither an anxiety that a germicide or the like is leaked from a sterile chamber nor a fear that enviromental contamination issues are triggered. SOLUTION: The rotary aspetic filling device is provided with the sterile chamber 12 mounted so as to surround a container movement path together with a turntable 41. The passage 71 is formed between the turntable 41 and the chamber 12. A passage control member 81 is disposed and fixed so as to cover the passage 71 and to allow the turntable 41 and the chamber 12 to be oppositely faced by putting the passage 71 therebetween. Seal clearances 101, 102 are provided between the turntable 41 and the member 81 and an exhaust clearance 92 is provided between the chamber 12 and the member 81, respectively.
