PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pachinko game machine allowing an operator to carry out the inspection and maintenance of a lifting/feeding means easily. SOLUTION: The pachinko game machine 2 comprises a game machine frame 201 to which a game board 206 is attached, a hit ball reservoir part 203 for reserving game balls used for a game, a lifting/feeding means 400 for lifting/feeding game balls reserved in the hit ball reservoir part 203, a shooting device 500 for shooting game balls lifted/fed by the lifting/feeding means 400 into a game zone 207, and game ball feeding passages 283, 415 and 416 for arranging/feeding game balls reserved in the hit ball feeding tray 203 to the lifting/feeding means 400. The lifting/feeding means 400 is mounted on the game machine frame 201, and the hit ball reservoir part 203 is detachably attached to the game machine frame 201. In addition, an overflow preventive part 429 for preventing the overflow of game balls by detaching the hit ball reservoir part 203 is mounted on a separation part of the game ball feeding passages 283, 415 and 416 to be separated by the detachment of the hit ball reservoir part 203.
