PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure at one press bending process the dimensional accuracy of press molded products varied greatly according to shape and region of a product in the change quantity of angle caused by an elasticity recovery phenomenon. SOLUTION: A die 8 is provided with a profile to be closely contacted with the whole flange part 3 of a rail being a molded product, being supported with an integral over bend cam 9. Over bend molding following the bending process is executed over the whole flange part 3 of the rail 1 by means of the action of a movable die by clamping and the sliding action of the integral over bend cam 9 at a specified timing. A die block 7 comprising the die 8 is selected from among a plurality of kinds of die blocks varied in the continuous face shape of a bending blade and over bent blade, corresponding to the over bend angle varied in required quantity for the shape and region of the product to set the over bend angle corresponding to spring back for each shape and region of the product, securing a clearance needed for the bending blade and punch.
