PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trim stretching structure of a sheet which simplifies the fitting operation and removing operation of a resin hook for fixing trims to a sheet pad to/from trims so as to easily perform a sheet disassembly operation, and with which the trims can easily and reliably be fixed to the sheet pad. SOLUTION: A base body 12 made of soft material is fitted to a pair of the trims 5a and 5b covering the surface of the sheet pad 4, and a resin hook 6 is provided on the distal end side of the base body part 12 and provided with a main body part 13 made of hard material and having a hook part 16 for engaging with an insert wire 7 arranged on the side of the sheet pad 4. This structure stretches a pair of the trims 5a and 5b and makes them engage with the insert wire 7 to be fixed to the sheet pad 4 by means of the base body 12 and the resin hook 6.
