PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of information filtering such that a database for determining filtering needs to have a substantially large storage capacity to correspond with a number of web pages increasing day by day, resulting in large waste when used by a small number of users. SOLUTION: One or a plurality of client-side information filtering function parts and server-side information filtering function parts are provided to determine information filtering, specifically to determine whether or not to transmit information requested by the client-side information filtering function part.
