PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet heating element consisting of main heating parts and wing heating parts, in which electrodes in different polarities are formed so as not to cross each other in the same plane, without decreasing the area of the heating parts. SOLUTION: In a sheet heating element, electrodes in different polarities 34a and 34b, 34c do not cross each other in a plane as an electrode 34d coated on the opposite surface of a substrate 31 acts as a jumper wire on a print base, and further the area of the heating parts consisting of main heating parts and wing heating parts do not decrease as leading wires of the electrodes 34a and 34b, 34c are not necessary.
