PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust valve device for a heat treatment furnace providing a desired furnace pressure by easily and surely setting a clearance between an exhaust port and its lid. SOLUTION: An annular opening adjusting member 8 is so attached to the end of a stack 2 as to be adjustable its position and to project its upper end surface 8c from the upper end surface 2a of the stack 2. The lower surface of the lid 3 opposed to the circular opening of the stack 2 is formed into a spherical surface part 3a and the part 3a is made to abut on the opening adjusting member 8.
