PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with a clutch mechanism for operating an auxiliary change gear and improve an operability when operating the auxiliary change gear in a running vehicle for working, which is provided with a hydraulic / mechanical stepless speed change gear mechanism as a main speed change mechanism. SOLUTION: A tractor is provided with a transmission 2 for changing gear of a traveling power. The transmission 2 is provided with the hydraulic / mechanical stepless speed change gear mechanism 9 (main change gear mechanism) for a stepless change gear in combination with a hydrostatic stepless change gear mechanism 24 and a planetary gear mechanism 25, and a friction clutch change gear mechanism 10 (auxiliary change gear mechanism) for changing gears corresponding to a selective hydraulic motion of a plurality of friction clutches 39 and 42. The vehicle directly connects the hydraulic / mechanical change gear mechanism 9 and the friction clutch change gear mechanism 10. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
