A video generation device for generating a multi-angle video composed of a reference video and related video related to the reference video. The device includes a video database (105) containing video data and imaging position information as video data attribute information. When a user inputs a search key via display means (101), related video condition generation means (103) acquires a video suitable for the search key from the video database (105) and decides a video condition related to the video according to the acquired video information. Video search/combining means (104) combines the video matched with the search key input via the display means (101) and the video matched with the video condition generated by the related video condition generation means (103) so as to generate a multi-angle video. This realizes reading of a monitoring video having an enhanced crime-prevention effect and user interface.
