<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate re-fixing work by surely obtaining sufficient fixing force. <P>SOLUTION: Parallel electric wires 3a, 3b are inserted between an abutting piece 21 constituting electric pinching parts 10a, 30a of fixing implements 10, 30 of fixation fixed on car bodies F<SB>1</SB>, F<SB>2</SB>and a pinching piece 22, and the pinching piece 22 is sandwiched and fixed by caulking. The pinching piece 22 has two-step circular-arc shaped parts 22a, 22b, and projection 23 is formed on the abutting piece 21. Since they are two-step circular-arc shaped parts 22a, 22b and outside electric wire 3b is fitted into the circular-arc part 22b, retention force of the electric wires 3a, 3b are improved comparing with the shape of a plate. If the projection 23 is formed on the abutting piece 21, the upper surface of the outside electric wire 3b is located upper than the upper surface of the inside electric wire 3a. Even a circular-arc bent part 24 is folded to intend to apply large pressing force to the inside electric wire at the time of caulking, sufficient pressing force is often applied to the outside electric wire comparing with the case of the same level, as the upper surface of the outside electric wire is located at upper position.
