PROTON CONDUCTOR FILM AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME, FILM-ELECTRODE JUNCTION AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME, AND ELECTROCHEMICAL DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-insoluble proton conductor film with excellent gas impermeability and proton conductivity usable for a solid polymer electrolyte fuel cell or the like, and manufacturing method of the same, and to provide a film-electrode junction and manufacturing method of the same, and to provide an electrochemical device using the film-electrode junction.

SOLUTION: The water-insoluble proton conductor film with excellent hydrogen gas permeation preventing property and high proton conductivity can be manufactured by applying a heat treatment to the mixture of water-soluble fullerene derivative having proton dissociation group like sulfonate group-SO3and polymer compound having hydroxyl group-OH like polyvinyl alcohol. Further, the film-electrode junction (MEA) having a good junction interface can be manufactured by applying the heat treatment to the thin film composed of the mixture in the state of being held between the electrodes facing each other.
