PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoreceptor drum stably manufactured at low cost in a simplified stage, and its manufacture method. SOLUTION: The photoreceptor drum used for an electrophotographic process is constituted of: a substrate made of conductive resin composition prepared by blending a resin component and a conductive agent; and a film disposed on the outside of the substrate and made of resin in which a photoreceptive agent is dispersed. The film made of the resin in which the photoreceptive agent is dispersed is stuck to the circumferential surface of the substrate of the photoreceptor drum, or the film made of the resin in which the photoreceptive agent is dispersed is inserted in manufacturing the substrate of the photoreceptor drum by the injection molding of the conductive resin composition.
