PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide composite powder whose coagulation is depressed and which thereby has improved touch feeling and smoothness and can suitably be used for controlling water repellency, oil repellency, optical characteristics, and the like. SOLUTION: This composite powder has an organic compound on the surfaces of particles constituting the powder, wherein the maximum coagulation area ratio of the powder is≤50%.
