PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal for offering information relating with a present position, without mounting on itself a high-capacity memory device and an arithmetic unit with a high processing rate, and to provide a position information conversion system for presenting rapidly information relating with the present position desired by users, as well as for reducing the processing amount of information retrieval on a server side. SOLUTION: The mobile terminal, with a positioning function for converting own position information into a run command for a predetermined behavior linked to the position information, comprises a memory storage section where at least a group are stored from among a group of conversion processing data for converting the position information into a display instruction of information relating to the present position, a means for selecting a group of conversion processing data to be read out of the memory storage section, a positioning function section 111 for obtaining a position information of the present position, a position information converting function section 112 for performing the conversion process relating to the position information of the present position to produce the display instruction, and a display/ output function section 113 for presenting, according to the produced display instruction, information relating with the present position information to users by using a display or the like where nothing is showed.
