<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiograph imaging device for imaging suitable radiograph for both cases of a low dose rate and of a high dose rate. <P>SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a sensor array comprising arranged radiation sensors 111 outputting pulse signals owing to radiation quantum incident, pulse number measurement circuits 113 provided respectively on the sensors 111 of the sensor array for respectively counting pulse signals outputted from the sensors 111, integration measurement circuits 114 provided respectively on the sensors 111 of the sensor array for respectively integrating pulse signals outputted from the sensors 111 in a time axis direction, and selectors 112 for stopping the circuits 113 while the circuits 114 are working.
