PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exhibit a high slippage preventive function at a position in contact with flat surfaces by forming projections with the flat surfaces on both sides of silicone rubber which has high resilience and weather resistance and the functions synergistically work. SOLUTION: The shoulder strap stopper is characterized by the projections and a mounting means with through holes. The projections made of silicone rubber at least with flat surfaces are arranged in a plurality of rows on an attaching piece with an area such as to fit the face of a belt body. The projections on one row are of the same shape and have regular intervals, and the shape and the size of those in different rows are different. The plurality of projections are formed and mounted on both sides of the belt body.
