PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base material sheet and a sticking patch using such a base material sheet, which neither permit a medicinal agent and additives contained in a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer to transfer to the base material sheet, nor swells up itself, is so soft as to well follow the movements of the skin, is excellent in touch and has a skin-like touch. SOLUTION: This invention provides the base material sheet used for sticking patches, consisting of a knit cloth of a weight of 160g/m2 or less woven with threads with a denier of 110 or less and a polyethylene terephthalate film stuck together with an adhesive, with its 10% modulus being 30N/19mm width or less both longitudinally and laterally. Furthermore, this invention obtains the sticking patch consisting of a base material sheet consisting of a knit cloth of 150g/m2 or less woven with threads with a denier 110 or less stuck on the surface of a polyethylene terephthalate film, with its 10% modulus being 30N/19mm width or less both longitudinally and laterally, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer containing the medicinal agent provided on the back of the polyethylene terephthalate film.
