PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for scaring birds and beasts away, capable of effectively scaring them, having a simple structure and being easily installed. SOLUTION: This device for scaring the birds and beasts 10 away is equipped with a propeller 12 rotated by wind force, installing an arm member 24 as capable of making a contact with the rotary shaft 14 of the propeller 12, mounting a bell 28 on the arm member 24 and ringing the bell 28 by making the arm member 24 contact with the rotating propeller 12, elastically deformed and flipped intermittently so as to be able to scaring the birds and beasts away.
