COMPOUND MATERIAL FOR ELECTROMAGNETIC INDUCTION HEATING CONTAINER, CONTAINER CONSISTING OF THE COMPOUND MATERIAL AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize previous printing before drawing and press work without lowering the heating output of a compound material for an electromagnetic induction heating container. SOLUTION: The compound material consists of a partial clad material obtained by joining a magnetic metal plate 2 to a part of a nonmagnetic metal plate 1. The partial crad material is made worked to be the electromagnetic induction heating container 6 provided with a bottom wall and a peripheral wall by drawing and press work. The magnetic metal plate 2 is heated by an induction coil, and the heat is conducted to the nonmagnetic metal plate 1. The magnetic metal plate 2 is joined to the nonmagnetic metal plate 1 by hot press to a part opposing the induction coil. Furthermore, the magnetic metal plate 2 is joined to the nonmagnetic metal plate 1 at least at a position which becomes the bottom wall of the container 6 and on the other hand the magnetic metal plate 2 is not joined to a part of the nonmagnetic metal plate 1 which becomes the peripheral wall where a scale/a character M, etc. are to be printed previously.
