PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage issue records of labels in classifying the records according to production areas printed on the labels. SOLUTION: A label issuing apparatus is capable of issuing labels printed with the production area names, together with the names and prices, of goods. When a label printed with a production name is issued, the issue record data of the label, which is classified according to the printed production area, is stored in a production-area-based adding memory to be accumulated.
