PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a check valve device capable of keeping a shut-off function for a long period of time. SOLUTION: A first flow channel 11 and a second flow channel 12 are formed in a housing 6. The first flow channel 11 and the second flow channel 12 are communicated with each other through a piston hole 31, and a piston 32 is inserted into the piston hole 31. A check valve seat 38 and a check valve chamber 39 are disposed in series with the piston hole 31 in the first flow channel 11. A shut-off member 40 inserted into the check valve chamber 39 is energized to the check valve seat 38 with a check spring 41, and an operation tool 43 facing to the shut-off member 40 is projected from the piston 32. A cylindrical first inlet filter 13 is mounted in an annular inlet space 45 disposed around the operation tool 43.
