PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery forklift that can judge whether a power is being supplied or not at first glance. SOLUTION: This battery forklift in which a plug 10 on the movable side connected to an on-vehicle battery and a plug 11 on the fixed side fixed within a vehicle body 1 are fitted and connected to each other for power supply from a battery, includes a lever 13 for operating the plug 10 in a direction of releasing the fitting. One end of this lever 13 is butted with the plug 10 within the body 1 and the other end is placed so that it projects outwardly through an insertion hole punched and formed on an armored portion of the body 1, a marking 23 is applied on a portion near the insertion hole on the projection portion from the armored portion in a not-fitted condition of the plugs, to show that the plugs 10 and 11 are not fitted to each other.
