PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure cushioning properties and restraining performance against forward movement of an occupant at sudden deceleration by disposing a receiving member for receiving the forward movement of the occupant's hip part at the sudden deceleration, without interfering with a spring support member nor changing the spring characteristic of the spring support member in a seat cushion with the longitudinal spring support member disposed. SOLUTION: The vertically movable member 7 extending in the cross direction of the seat cushion 2 is disposed at a front part in the seat cushion 2 to receive the hip part of the occupant sliding out forward with inertia force at the sudden deceleration. A plurality of spring support members 14 composed of spring wire materials formed in wave form are disposed in parallel in the cross direction along a longitudinal direction. In the spring support member 14, one wave form 15 corresponding to the arranged position of the receiving member 7 is formed in downward turned shape around trough parts 15a on both sides to form a recessed part 16 for the receiving member 7 to get in.
