PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel cap decorating utensil capable of freely and easily decorating a wheel cap and of creating a wide variety of decorative patterns at low cost. SOLUTION: The wheel cap decorating utensil 5 is composed of a plurality of decorative seals 6 and a pattern paper 7. The pattern paper 7 is formed in round shape approximately corresponding with outer shape of the wheel cap 1 and provided with holes 8 showing the decorative pattern given to the wheel cap 1. Number and the shape of the holes 8 correspond with the number and the shape of the decorative seals 6 comprising the decorative pattern and the arrangement of the holes 8 corresponds with the arrangement of the decorative seals 6 comprising the decorative pattern.
