PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent cooling water for cooling and dehumidifying wet air from flying on a downstream side in the form of water droplets together with circulating air, and enhance cooling and dehumidifying (heat exchange) efficiency to realize a small-sized washing and drying machine equipped with such a water cooling dehumidifier (water cooling heat exchanger). SOLUTION: A cleaning nozzle is arranged at an air duct between a suction port, to which an external tank and the circulating air duct are connected, and a blowing port, and accordingly the lint stuck to the upper part of the rising air duct and the surface of a cooling and sprinkling part, and a cooling water supply pipe is washed away.
