摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem required to plumb circulating piping and to circulate hot water because it is inevitable for the hot water in the hot water piping to gradually cool down by only winding a thermal insulation heat insulating material on circumference of the hot water supply piping (1) in conventional hot water supply piping heat insulating method and in order to prevent from lowering temperature in feed hot water in large scale hot water supply facility. SOLUTION: The method makes it possible to insulate heat of the hot water supply piping in proper temperature in the vicinity of melting point of a latent heat accumulating material (2) for long period by means of heat of solidification of the fluidal latent heat accumulating material (2) after the latent heat accumulating body (3) is mounted on outer peripheral section of the hot water supply piping (1), and further is heated from the outer periphery by an electric heater (4) using midnight electric power and then the latent heat accumulating material (2) enclosed in the latent heat accumulating body (3) is dissolved and finally the electric heater (4) is stopped operating. The method makes it possible to supply the hot water of proper temperature soon by always maintaining the hot water in the piping with the proper temperature without using water from a hot water supply plug as waste water, thus requiring no circulating piping.
