Between the pipes (1,2) which move inside each other are bearings reducing friction and keeping the pipes spaced apart from one another. One of the pipes has radially distributed windows (3) into which fit cages (4) with rollers (5). The cages, in lower and upper sets, are linked to the pipes, and have bearings (6) facing each other. The ends of the cages on the rollers' side have sloping surfaces (8) against which rest pressure elements (9) screwed together by straining screws (10).
