<p>The ergonomic electronic input device (100) ergonomically positions the hand of a user in a preferable ergonomic position during operation of the ergonomic electronic input device. The ergonomic electronic input device includes a vertically upright pedestal structure (110) and flat base (102) for use on a horizontal stationary surface to enable a user to control the operation of a computer to which it is connected. The ergonomic electronic input device includes a contoured vertical finger support member (108), palm support member (118), thumb support member (120) and hand support member (104) that supports the hand of a user during its operation. The ergonomic electronic input device includes a scrolling wheel (122) located in the thumb support member and a laser light source device (142) located in the flat base.</p> |
