<p>Load states of computers are acquired by a load information acquiring unit. According to the acquired information, a data allocation calculation unit (5) calculates and determines data to be allocated for each of the computers and moves data between the computers, thereby unifying the loads of the computers. Furthermore, a process control unit creates a new process and deletes an existing process. When adding a new process, data is received from the existing process. When deleting an existing process, data in charge is moved to another process, thereby realizing process control not depending on the architecture of the computer.</p> |
