STERILITY RECOVERY GENES TO RICE BT TYPE MALE STERILE CYTOPLASM

It is intended to provide sterility recovery genes to rice BT type male sterile cytoplasm. A gene encoding a nucleic acid which has the amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO:75 or an amino acid sequence having at lea st a 70% homology with the amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO:75 and having an ability to restore sterility. It is preferable that the gene has a base sequence represented by any of SEQ ID NOS:69 to 74 and 80 to 85 or the base sequence represented by base nos. 43907 to 46279 in SEQ ID NO:27.
