<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plotting device capable of plotting patterns including three-dimensional patterns from two-dimensional patterns by a simple process and forming highly accurate patterns, and to provide a plotting method using the plotting device. <P>SOLUTION: In the plotting device 10, an exposing head 20, a conductor discharging head 22 and an insulator discharging head 24 are arranged on the same scanning stage 12 and patterns can be formed on a printed board 14 on the same scanning stage 12. As compared with a case having a scanning stage on each head, processes can be simplified, patterning time can be shortened and the acceleration of pattern formation can be realized. Since the positional deviations of the exposing head 20 and the discharging heads 22, 24 from the printed board 14 is not generated, patterns can be easily formed at high density and highly accurate patterns can be formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
