<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce thickness of the whole air conditioning device while maintaining cooling performance of a motor for a turbo fan. <P>SOLUTION: A rib 27 for stirring air flowing on a rear face side of an end plate 21 to cool the motor 25 is protrudedly provided in a central part of the end plate 21 for the turbo fan 5 provided in the air conditioning device 1 of ceiling suspension type. An inner end of the rib 27 is set on a boss part 24 of the end plate 21.
