<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detecting method for easily detecting alignment access. <P>SOLUTION: An in-circuit emulator 110 is provided with a memory 102 for alignment management which has data for alignment management consisting of a plurality of pieces of data, an identification signal output part 104, and an alignment access detection part 106, and when data showing that alignment access is possibly performed are inputted from the memory 102 for alignment management to the alignment detection part 106 and a specified word identification signal is inputted from the identification signal output part 104 to the alignment detection part 106, the alignment access detection part 106 outputs an alignment access detection signal to a trace memory 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
