<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer control device which selects setting information corresponding to documents to be printed without depending on human operations. <P>SOLUTION: The printer control device which holds setting information for controlling a printer and index information in a setting information storage part includes a link part for generating link information which relates document identification information whereby documents can be identified, with index information for indexing setting information corresponding to the documents to each other, a link information storage part for holding the link information, a link information judgment part for judging the presence/absence of index information corresponding to document identification information based on the link information held by the link information storage part and the document identification information of documents to be printed, and a setting information acquisition part for acquiring setting formation of documents to be printed by index information based on the result of the judgment of the link information judgment part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
