PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing concrete which reduces fluctuations and deterioration over time of fluidity even when materials used are altered especially in producing concrete with a low water-cement ratio. SOLUTION: The method for producing the concrete is characterized by using together two or more kinds of polycarboxylic acid-based water reducers with different capabilities of keeping fluidity of the concrete. A polycarboxylic acid-based water reducer with a superior capability of keeping fluidity is preferably used together with a polycarboxylic acid-based water reducer which has a good water reducing capability immediately after mixing but has an inferior capability of keeping fluidity.
