PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recorder which can print while a plurality of ink tanks are set per one color at a recording head which couples a plurality of ink tanks detachably. SOLUTION: The inkjet recorder has the recording head which couples the plurality of ink tanks detachably, and includes a means for detecting ink colors of ink tanks set at the recording head, a means for detecting ink remaining amounts of ink tanks, and a control means for controlling printing by setting states of ink tanks.
