<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire capable of preventing heat storage on a shoulder part and capable of restraining peeling trouble on an end part of a belt layer without damaging uneven wear resistance and stone biting prevention efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: In this pneumatic tire, a block row comprising a plurality of blocks 10 partitioned by a main groove 8 extending to a tire peripheral direction and a plurality of lateral grooves 9 extending to a tire width direction is arranged in a shoulder region of a tread part 1, and a plurality of the belt layers 7A to 7D are buried in a carcass layer 4 in the tread part 1 on an outer periphery side. At least one of a vertical hole 11 extending from the tread to a tire radial direction and at least one of a horizontal hole 12 extending from an outer side surface to a tire axial direction are provided on each of the blocks 10 constituting the block row in the shoulder region. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
