PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high speed logic circuit capable of easily realizing a high speed processing by providing an impedance matching function to an output side itself of a logic core circuit, thereby eliminating the need for an output buffer circuit. SOLUTION: The high speed logic circuit is arranged to provide the impedance matching function to the output side itself of the logic core circuit so as to drive a load without the need for an output buffer. This arrangement also permits ease of improvement of frequency characteristics through peaking using an inductor. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
