PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wave prediction fluctuating reduction method and its apparatus, capable of sufficiently exhibiting a wave-fluctuating reduction effect for sudden occurrence of a wave. SOLUTION: The external force of the wave is predicted based on wave information, and the driving of a fluctuating reduction apparatus 30 is controlled so as to cancel the predicted wave external force.
