PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve commonalization of circuits by enabling a digital terrestrial broadcast receiving set to also receive analog broadcast, and to simplify and miniaturize the circuits by making various filters required in the analog broadcast reception fewer in the circuit configuration. SOLUTION: A digital broadcast receiver comprises a frequency-converting means for thefrequency conversion of a received RF signal, an orthogonal demodulating means for bringing a signal obtained through this frequency-converting means into two signals I and Q, having a phase of 90 degrees and outputting them, and a digital demodulating means for multily dividing the orthogonal wave frequency of the I, Q signals obtained through this orthogonal demodulating means. The digital broadcast receiving set further comprises an analog broadcast receiving set, to which the I, Q signals obtained through the orthogonal demodulating means are input. and which carries out analog demodulation.
