PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve efficient sampling in a powder treatment tank. SOLUTION: The powder sampling device samples powder inside the powder treatment tank from a nozzle section mounted onto the side of the hopper type powder treatment tank for treating powder while circulating gas, and is equipped with a flange attachment member that is removably mounted to the edge of the opposite side of the powder treatment tank to the nozzle section for filling up space at the nozzle section on the side of the powder treatment tank and at the same time has a through hole in the axial direction of a nozzle. Then, the powder sampling device comprises: a ball valve mounted to the opposite side of the powder treatment tank to a flange attachment member; a tool for powder collection that is rotatably mounted and at the same time can be freely pushed and pulled into and from the inside of the through hole of the flange attachment member and the ball valve; a seal attachment member mounted to the opposite side of the powder treatment tank of the ball valve for preventing the gas inside the powder treatment tank from leaking out from the clearance between the tool for powder collection and the through hole of the flange attachment member and the ball valve; and a powder scraper mounted between the flange attachment member and ball valve to remove the powder adhering to the surface of the tool for powder collection.
