PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disperse loads applied for load from the outside, ensure required meshing width, and improve reliability by miniaturization and increasing strength when withstand load for loads from the outside is reduced and a trouble preventing miniaturization to obtain required strength occurs. SOLUTION: A planetary gear reduction gear is constituted by a multi-stage planetary gear having two steps or more, and a gear at each one step is constituted by internal tooth gears 5A, 5B, 5C, 5D, 5E, planetary gears 4A, 4B, 4C, 4D, 4E, a sun gear 8, and carriers 3A, 3B, 3C, 3D, 3E. The carriers slide in the axial direction with the internal tooth gears to improve withstand load by miniaturization and increasing strength and facilitate assembly. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
