PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cam support structure capable of reducing parts count and simplifying assembling work. SOLUTION: The cam support 40 comprises an oil passage 43 extending in an axial direction of a first cam shaft, and supplying oil to a first journal portion 42b; a second oil passage 47 extending in an axial direction of a second cam shaft, and supplying the oil to a second journal portion 46b; and a third oil passage 50 communicating these oil passages 43, 47, and supplying the oil to these oil passages 43, 47.
