PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase output torque of an electric actuator without increasing vibration or noise. SOLUTION: A direct current motor 110 is adopted, and a rotating position is detected by a two phases pulse output system. Thereby, the inexpensive electric actuator 100 can be achieved, and the output torque of the electric actuator 100 can be increased without increasing vibration and noise. Further, a position returned from a position on which a link lever abuts on a stopper for several pulses is made to be an operation reference.
