PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a side device for vehicular seat capable of preventing projection of a longitudinal slide rail from a seat along the vehicular width direction at lateral movement of the seat, and capable of improving appearance and a walk-through function, and capable of improving arrangement efficiency when providing a center seat by positioning the longitudinal slide rail on an inner side from a side end of the seat cushion in the lateral direction. SOLUTION: This slide device for vehicular seat is provided with the seat 6 having the seat cushion 8, and a movement mechanism for sliding the seat 6 in the vehicular longitudinal direction and the vehicular width direction. The movement mechanism is provided with a lateral slide rail arranged on the seat side so as to move the seat 6 in the vehicular width direction, and a pair of the longitudinal slide rails 26 at right and left extending in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle so as to move the seat 6 and the lateral slide rail in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle. The longitudinal slide rail 26 is provided on the vehicle body side in such a manner of being positioned on the inner side from a side end of the seat cushion 8 in the lateral direction.
