PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic polycarbonate resin composition which excels in antistatic properties, transparency, hue, and impact resistance, furthermore an antistatic polycarbonate resin composition which has good heat stability, a transparent member for vehicles, particularly a headlamp lens comprising the composition. SOLUTION: The antistatic polycarbonate resin composition comprises 100 pts.wt. polycarbonate resin (component A), 0.05-5 pts.wt. phosphonium salt of a sulfonic acid (component B) to be represented by formula (I) [wherein A1 is a 1-40C alkyl group (including a 6-40C aralkyl group) or a 6-40C aryl group; and R3, R4, R5, and R6 are each independently a hydrogen atom, a 1-20C alkyl group, a 6-20C aralkyl group or a 5-15C aryl group], and 0.001-0.3 pt.wt. potassium salt of an organic sulfonic acid (component C), and the component A has a viscosity average molecular weight of 23,000-25,500.
