PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber-modified styrenic resin composition having excellent transparency, impact strength and moldability; and to provide a molded product of the resin composition, especially a light guide plate. SOLUTION: The rubber-modified styrenic resin composition (GS-based resin composition) consists essentially of a styrene-(meth)acrylic ester-based copolymer comprising a styrenic monomer (S), a (meth)acrylic ester-based monomer (M) and a vinylic monomer (V) copolymerizable with these monomers, and a graft copolymer comprising a dienic gummy elastomer, (S), (M) and (V) copolymerizable with these monomers. The THF-dissolvable component has 60,000-130,000 weight average molecular weight (Mw), and the contents of the (S) unit, the (M) unit and the other (V) unit in the THF-dissolvable component are 20-80 wt.%, 80-20 wt.% and 0-10 wt.% respectively. The rubber content is 2-15%, and the rubber particle has 0.1-0.5μm particle diameter. The amount of the remaining monomer is 100-3,000 ppm, and the amount of oligomers is 0.05-2% in the GS-based resin composition. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
