The portable machine slot device 11 is provided with a ratchet cam 71 and an unlocking bar 111. The ratchet cam 71 is to switch a state of locking the shutter holder 21 by engaging an engaging pin 22 with the shutter holder 21 and a state of unlocking the shutter holder 21 by disengaging the engagement of the engaging pin 22 with the ratchet cam 71 to and from each other.
