<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for processing a prune, making it possible that the prune which contains vitamins and minerals in large amounts, is excellent as a nutritional supplement, and is rare as a fruit is eaten through all seasons. <P>SOLUTION: In this method for processing the prune, the prune is squeezed to be formed into a juice. The prune is boiled down together with sugar into a jam, or fermented into a wine by adding a yeast thereto.
