TIRE VULCANIZING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vulcanizing apparatus capable of vulcanizing a green tire by exactly removing air between a mold and the green tire and thereby giving a tire having no defects in appearance. SOLUTION: A guide member 26 comprises four taper blocks 28a elevating and descending via an elevating cylinder 27 mounted on a support plate 22 correspondingly to sector mold mechanisms divided into 8 pieces and four taper blocks 28b suspended from and fixed to the lower surface of a support plate 22 wherein the taper blocks 28a and 28b are alternately arranged in the circumferential direction. A pair of four sector molds 10a elevating and descending via the elevating cylinder 27 and 2 pairs of four sector molds 10b suspended from and fixed to the lower surface of the support plate 22 alternately arranged side by side with the sector mold 10a move keeping a time difference when they move in the radially shrinking direction by making the two pairs of taper blocks 28a and the 28b keep a time difference when they descend.
